Please join me in congratulating our young men for earning the first round of post-season awards of All-Region. These young men who earned 1st Team All-Region become eligible to earn All-Ohio and All-American honors. These boys were selected as one of the best four Attackmen, Midfielders, or Defensemen in the area, one of the 2 best goalies and the best LSM and best Faceoff-Man. There are four kids chosen as 1st team selections for Attack, Midfield, and Defense, two 1st team selections for Goalie, one LSM, and one faceoff. The same numbers are true for 2nd team honors and are mixed for honorable mention.

Please join me in congratulating these nine players for their outstanding play and recognition.

After the win on Friday solidified our #1 seed throughout the tournament, we were able to draw home games throughout the playoff tournament this year. The first game will be at home on Friday 5/18 at 7:30pm against the winner of the Granville/Revere game. Our ranking/seed/game locations will not be affected by the outcome of the Kilbourne game tomorrow night, so let’s stay focused and ready to make a run at home this season!

You can find the up-to-date brackets at the Ohio High School Lacrosse Association website. There are some games that have times that are TBD, we will announce those as the games and playoff situations progress.

Time to make the run, we have been hungry for this for a year. The table is set, the dates have arrived, we just need to make sure we bring it all home!

Faceoff Success

Stallions Score a Shutout.

The Stallions varsity lacrosse scored a shutout over Bishop Fenick 15-0 in a rain-delayed game that started at 9:30pm. Lightning moved the fans under the stands; a Tornado Warning forced the teams and fans to huddle in the DeSales school building.The Stallions fans were strong and many stayed until the end of the game near 11pm.

Next up for the Stallions is away at Gahanna Lincoln on Wednesday, April 4, at 7:30pm.
